We found ourselves in a unique predicament—we purchased a condo in Oakland at the start of the pandemic, but due to a job opportunity out-of-state, we needed to sell—quickly! “Dennis helped us to find our first home. He is a great real estate agent that won’t let you waste your time with false ideas in a seller’s market. He will let you know up front how the system works and give you all the information you will need to succeed. Dennis not only helped us to find our home, but he was really open to communication, questions, and helping us understand the whole process of home buying in general. He was more than willing to accept my phone calls, e-mails, and texts outside of his normal work hours to answer all of our questions and put our minds to rest when it came to finding our home. He was also very quick to reply with information on houses we had seen in our daily mailer of new listings that he provided us. Dennis has been AMAZING to work with. We are first time home buyers and he made the process really simple and easy to understand. He thoroughly explained what was to be expected, what was needed from us, and how the current market looked like. His personality also made house searching fun. Yes, FUN for something that has been tedious and draining to do after 2 months of house searching. Dennis always made himself available and communicating with him was a breeze. He would update us on things fairly quickly. Whenever we had a question he did not have an answer to, he would find the answer and report it to us right away. It was a pleasure working with him!

Dennis was great through the whole process and I highly recommend him. He is a very friendly person and a very hard worker. He showed us all the houses we asked to see, even ones that were not in his normal area. He was realistic about the market and knowledgeable. He responded to emails quickly and when we needed him to put in an offer extremely fast he did it. We were buying during a very high sellers market so we needed to bid on multiple properties as many homes were going 50-100k over asking. Dennis was upbeat even when we had to keep putting in lots of offers, sometimes more than one a week. We were first time home buyers who didn’t have a clue about the home buying process and he really helped us understand what was going on. In the end we ended up with a great home that was much nicer then we expected to get.
