With over 20 years of management experience consisting of residential, commercial, planned developments, and mixed-use properties. Dennis believes a good Realtor® listens, educates, and advises his clients throughout and after the purchase or sale of a home.

Dennis works with buyers and sellers throughout the Bay Area, with a special focus on Oakland, Alameda, Berkeley, Emeryville, and San Francisco. Having lived in Oakland since 1997, he is an expert in all that it has to offer.

An avid walker and foodie, Dennis has explored all the nooks and crannies throughout the area and can easily match his clients to the neighborhood that they will enjoy the most.

Working with the entire spectrum of clients from rentals to purchases, Dennis can get the job done no matter what the goal. He also has great skills working with clients out of state moving to the San Francisco Bay Area by using videos and pictures to help them preview the property. Dennis has proven his reliability, sense of value and efficiency as he represents his clients from start to finish.
